"Goal Setting, What are you aiming for?

Have you, your managers, and salespeople
set positive, real goals or are you and they living on a hope, wish,
or desire?
Do they have a lot of mentality?
Goal setting takes the average sales
person or manager and pushes them to achieve higher levels of
success and profitability which leads to increased happiness and
satisfaction in business and their personal life.
Goals need to make the person stretch
out of their comfort zone. A famous man said, "Always reach for the
stars. You may not get one, but at least you won't end up with a
hand full of mud!"
The goal setting process starts out by
first focusing on a positive outcome. The process then continues by
focusing on the specifics of the goal and visualizing yourself
obtaining that goal. This will put you into action!
Always put your goals in writing. Don't
just verbalize them.
A written goal drives commitment, is
measurable, and therefore achievable.
Start setting daily, weekly and monthly
goals today! Inspect these goals regularly.

Get to the levels you have always
dreamed about!
