Q: How is your training program different from the other programs
out there?
A: Our program is
management driven. We are hands-on and legally compliant. We have proven
ourselves in the industry time and time again. We will actually
catch “ups” and desk deals on-site.
How many of our
competitors do this?
-none-
Our program contains
exact word tracts that produce immediate and measurable results. These
results are
documented. Our program reaches deep
inside the daily operations of the client’s business. Unlike other
training programs, SuperSystems deals with topics such as the client’s
advertising plan, hiring, pay plans and CRM, just to name a few.
Q: You often mention
“immediate results.” Would you please explain?
A: The national dealer
average gross per retail unit is $1800.00. After SuperSystems
training, our clients can expect to average a gross per-unit of $2,500
to $3,000, front and back with the inventory they have on-site. Many of
our clients are grossing $3,500 per-unit while increasing the number of
units sold. SuperSystems enables its clients to produce “immediate
results” by strengthening the managers and holding the sales force
accountable. We train the sales team to maximize every single
opportunity and to close every deal through a process entitled “hyper
awareness.”
Q: “But Mr. Ziegler, we
just can’t afford sales training right now…”
A: I understand
completely that this is an investment, but are you paying for results
or attendance? Most of our clients consistently out perform or
are #1 in their marketplace. Would you consider $2,500 to $3,000 per car
to be worth the investment? Given the type of results that we produce
for our clients, SuperSystems is a low price leader! Need
Proof? Ask for references…would you like one or one-thousand?
What is the actual cost of not training?
Q: I know we need
training, but business is too slow…
A: You’re right,
business is down, but do you question whether or not your sales team is
maximizing every opportunity that walks through the door? Do you believe
your sales force could be blowing potential deals? Do you plan to stay
in business? If you answered yes to any of these questions we will train
your people to get every penny from every deal. A dealership we just
started working with in North Carolina had an extremely slow January in
2005, as did most of the dealers in the industry. In February they sold
60 fewer units but because of a great sales force that was held
accountable for their processes, they actually made more money. March,
April, and May are fast approaching, are you prepared? You only have two
choices…grow or die!
Q: Tell me more about Jim
Ziegler and SuperSystems…
A: SuperSystems was born
in 1986. Ziegler was a record-breaking sales and finance manager. He
travels and speaks more than 250 days a year. He has been Keynote
speaker at 58 dealer conventions, countless twenty groups, and is
personally training in dealerships weekly. He will go into your
dealership, catch an “up” and desk deals. He is also a columnist in the
nationally read column “Dealer Advocate” in
Dealer Magazine. Jim knows the auto
industry and he can prove it!
