In today's fiercely competitive retail environment every dealership must be operating at maximum efficiency. Every profit center must be synergistically integrated with every other department in the dealership, while at the same time, producing maximized profitability.

This is the Battle Plan™.

With the assumption that automobile sales are fluctuating wildly in an erratic and unpredictable market, it is our purpose here to examine every existing profit center in the dealership.

We are committed to seeking out every area where we might potentially be leaving money on the table. We are committed to improving profits and sales in every area.

In addition to recreating, restructuring and maximizing existing profit centers, we will examine and consider the possibility of creating new profit centers and installing them into our operation immediately.

You need to enter into this conference with an open mind, with a burning desire, and with the personal dynamic and the intensity to make something positive happen as a result of what we discuss here today. In other words...We are ready to Rock N' Roll!
