On a Personal Note

I always get excited at this time of year with the NADA Convention only a week away. It's a new year and Ziegler Corporations are exploding with new and exciting projects and growth.

There are so many good things happening, where do I begin?

First of all, if you are not aware of it...I have lost 89 lbs. since May 1st of 2006. Had total knee replacement surgery on my right knee last August and it is coming along fine...as a matter of fact, I am already bench-pressing 300 lbs plus again (at age 60). To quote my hero, Muhammad Ali, "Ahm a pretty man"

The real exciting news is that I'm now performing Automobile Sales Person Training Seminars all over the country. Check the website to see when I'm coming to your area. You know I have always been a management trainer performing Sales Management and F&I Seminars BUT I had never done Sales Training except in-dealership for our consulting clients. WELL, I hooked up with Tony McGee and Bob Mohr who have been promoting seminars in the car business since the late Jackie B. Cooper was on the circuit. These guys are phenomenal.

We held our first event in Indianapolis in December with more than 150 automobile sales professionals in the room. The results were astounding. I've received nothing short of overwhelming response from those who attended. The testimonials and success stories are gratifying. I just finished the second event in Grand Rapids with similar success stories coming in already from attendees. We are rockin'. This is the best sales training ever to go on the road because it the real stuff and it's taught by me, personally, a trainer with credibility that can actually perform in real dealerships with real customers.

Peavy's Back

Ms. Debbie Peavy will be rejoining The Ziegler team in early February and we are overjoyed about that. She was our Sales Manager for seven years and left the company in November...I grieved about that and would not rest until I got her back into the family here. Those of you who know her, please call her and welcome her back after February 12th.

You will find me hanging around The Dealer Magazine Booth most of the time BUT I will also be spending some time with AIMData at their booth and with Zevez at the RewardWorks booth.
