Thanks For The Help

After the workshop in St Louis, I had a salesperson thank me for inviting him to attend. He shared with me that he had been in the business for over 15 years, had gotten into a rut doing the same thing each month and wondered why the result was moving him farther from his goal. He came to realize during the workshop that he was still the same energetic, dedicated salesperson he had always been, but some of the habits he had gotten into were the cause of his demise.

Analyzing the road to the sale and focusing on the steps that seem a little uncomfortable, enlightened him that success was available by overcoming a few key objections. Recognizing his customer's objections with the ability to handle them with confidence will lead him to achieve a higher closing ratio. I have since visited with this salesperson. With his improved attitude towards his occupation, his belief in success was very strong.

Sometimes it seems as though we are doing all we know and the result is "just the way it is" no matter what. Trust me, I've had these thoughts and sometimes they last for days. Then someone says something that spawns an idea and I find a way to overcome my adversity. Continued education is the key to success, no doubt.

If you've been selling cars for 10 months or 10 years, you know what I'm talking about! Never miss an opportunity to learn more about your craft and improve your ability to be successful. Some of the best ideas come from the freshest minds, and re-evaluating what we already know can propel us past a point of adversity.

Through the workshops we provide, we hope to help you to overcome adversity as well as open your mind to continued education and growth. I appreciate the opportunity to work in a field where the earning potential is truly unlimited. I've been in the automotive field for 28 years, never looking back or wondering what life might have been in another field. I've been able to experience things that no other occupation could provide.

I invite you to go forward with all of your heart and soul toward your future in this business. Be successful, have fun and work daily to improve your craft.

I've helped a lot of customers get what they want and they provided my family with a good income. I've helped a lot of salespeople get what they want and the return is exponential. Thank you!
