By Jim Ziegler
I just read where J.D. Power and Associates predicted the collapse of the retail automobile business globally in 2009.
Well, let me say this about that...I refuse to participate.
No, I'm not making light of the pain we're all feeling in the car business. My company has also taken a huge hit, and, like you; we're scrambling to stay profitable.
Here's a check list of what might be wrong with your business. Ask yourself each of these questions:
-Is the Credit Crunch affecting sales?
-Is your sales pipeline is empty?
-Are your people prospecting or waiting at the door for 'ups' with their thumbs strategically placed?
-What about word of mouth and referrals?
-Are we looking for no cost and low cost marketing tactics that work?
-Can't get deals approved?
-Do your people lack the skills to get down payments from the customers?
-Now that leasing is stone-cold-dead, deceased and buried, have your people forgotten how to do retail?
-Have your sales people and managers forgotten how to sell cars to customers with decent credit and education?
-Have they become dependent on Sub Prime Customers to the point they can't deal with good credit people anymore?
-Or, are they addicted to the low-end customers that got the country into all of this trouble to start with?
Okay...Even if you only said yes to one or two of those questions, why aren't you pissed off enough to do something about it?
There are still a lot of dealers in almost every market, every brand and manufacturer, who are profitable...some even beating last year's numbers.
Have you already decided to lay down and die...or are you still in business?
SALE...SALE...SALE...SALE...SALE...SALE
Yes, we're having a huge sale at Ziegler SuperSystems.
I am holding a seminar in November that will provide the answers to all of the questions above and other problems you're facing. Unless you are just resigned to giving up and going out of business, pick up the phone right now and book your managers into this seminar...and come yourself (Dealer Principals are FREE).
It is a combination of the best of all of the seminars I perform ...
We're calling this event "War Paint"
The "War Paint" seminar contains the best meat of these techniques...
-Sales Management Strategies
-F&I Management Strategies to get deals approved
-Prospecting Techniques that really-really work
-Work Programs for Sales People to get customers into the showroom
-Internet Strategies that work
-How to get real cash down payments from customers to satisfy the banks and get better approvals
This seminar should sell for $1500.00 per attendee...and in better times...it will go back up to that. BUT right now we're offering a three for one from the same dealership. You got it... three Managers for the price of one.
That can be F&I Managers, New Car Managers, Internet Managers and Pre-Owned Managers. Three to attend for $1500.00.
We'll accept NO Variations on that...if you only send two or even only one, it's still $1500.00.
We've arranged highly discounted hotel rooms at an otherwise upscale venue and shuttle to and from the event from the hotel.
There are no free repeats from other seminars on this deal in that it is totally new, a compilation of everything Jim Ziegler knows that is really working for today's dealers in these times. It is something out of every seminar; Jim Ziegler promises he will be pulling every rabbit out-of-the-hat so-to-speak.
