Here are the results for the third full month of our using you "New F/I Seminar" system. For the month of August, we/I experienced the following results: New vehicles: Service Contract Penetration: 58% Window Etch Penetration: 50% Gap Penetration: 25% This was done using the Menu/TILA disclosure along with your "Road to the Sale" and of course your "New F/I System" I attended your first class in Atlantic City in May and for those still doubting the "System".."WAKE-UP". The "Ole-car dogs" balked, kicked and screamed and still do, but the results speak for themselves. Have intestinal fortitude and just "WORK-IT"...
