To All of You Like Myself Who are Wary of Letters of Recommendation:
They say talk is cheap, but not when you pay training firms anywhere from $1,500 to $2,000 per day plus expenses! The firms always weave in after the training sessions "our people will be back at your stores working deals," etc. (Yeah Right) For many of us that had mixed blessings because the visit turned out to be a social visit! Well here's a different spin.
I met with Jim Ziegler's lead trainer, Rico Fantigrossi at 8:30am for a breakfast meeting to set an agenda for his assigned time at our dealership (Crowley Ford) from there we proceed to go and hold a 9:30am manager meeting which Rico sat in on and observed, at the right moment interjected what we needed for a more productive outcome. He then went to work with our lead desk manager for approximately 3 hours, reviewing procedures, application of tools and training from previous sessions. The key item was his air traffic controlling of a deal that was the practical application of what he preached for 3 days, which resulted in a spot delivery of a $3,000 deal (just like they tell us can be done), Rico Fantigrossi talks the talk and walks the walk, but that's what one would expect from a retired Marine, Master Sgt.
