Mr. Ziegler,
I am the GSM of Knight Chevrolet in Southbridge, MA.
Four of us had attended the MADA morning seminar on
May 7th, 2003. Upon returning that afternoon my
Business Manager, John Bisbee used your T.O. system
(Now our T.O. system) to "finish a deal in one
sitting".
I returned Friday morning having attended your seminar
on my day off. I held a meeting of our sales staff and
we explained with great enthusiasm when and how we
would handle all T.O.'s. That Friday and Saturday I
went in and closed 5 out of 7 T.O.'s, all but one at
good gross. We are still having sucess with our new
system. Thank you from all of us!
