I want to take this opportunity to thank you for your new video series "The Ultimate Professional". Since I've seen this series about five times, sales training here is much easier and more fun. You've made it easy!
I've been in the business for 31 years now and learned quite a bit from you this past year. Just goes to show you that you can learn something new everyday.
Our grosses are up, up, up and hopefully will continue to trend upward.
