Unbelievable!!
The last time I got this excited about a seminar was?? Well to be honest with you, the James A. Ziegler Super System Seminar was the most informative, exciting, festive seminar I have EVER attended, (and I've attended over 50).
It has only been 1 week since I have been to the Super Systems Training and I still get excited thinking about it.
Now nobody ever said it would be easy instituting all the great ideas and procedures, but, I'm working on it diligently. I was also so impressed that after taking to the owner of Smart Toyota, we are now sending two other managers, our Used Car Manager and our GSM.
No BS, just the best damn car man, doing what he knows best. Ziegler and his entire staff are "The Bomb", they are respectful and full of enthusiasm. Not to mention good looking.
Thanks again for everything you have done for me, to have a much better outlook on the future of myself, my family, and the dealership, $$$$$$$$.
